四卷。宋吴澄撰。《尚书》有古、今文之分。澄此书唯注今文，不及古文。《自序》谓“晋世晚出之书，别见于后”。然除此四卷之外，澄并未释古文一篇。注《尚书》专释今文，自此书始。此书诠解《尚书》今文，多取前人之说折衷之，持论较为公允，见解亦有独到之处；唯其好改经文，且不明言改窜之故，乃其缺憾。此书有元刊本、《通志堂经解》本，明嘉靖顾应祥刊本。
