一卷。汉郑玄撰。何休着《公羊墨守》，捍卫《公羊》学，郑玄针对何氏之书着《发墨守》，攻击何氏之学。今书只存四条，是宋王应麟从诸书中辑出的，与《箴膏肓》、《起废疾》合编为一书，《四库全书》仍之。清儒刘逢禄主《公羊》学，不满郑氏之攻驳何氏，撰《发墨守评》，谓今本郑氏《发墨守》可指说者惟一条，然多牵《左氏》，讥郑氏于董仲舒、胡母生之书研之未深。
