一卷。撰者不详，陈振孙《直斋书录解题》云：“《春秋四二十国年表》一卷，不知何人作。自周而下，次以鲁、蔡、曹、卫、滕、晋、郑、齐、秦、楚、宋、杞、陈、吴、越、邾、莒、薛、小邾。”因此表正二十国，因此《四库提要》据此推定为陈氏所见之书。然此《年表》有许无越，与陈氏所见稍异，或非一书亦不可知。此书在宋代原为单行之本，岳珂刻印九经，乃附之于《春秋》之后，并加以补正添补，且与冯继先《名号归一图》同书刊刻。此书为研究《春秋》经史之工具书，内容简赅，便于检索。然于二十国中不列越，实为一失。此书最早在宋代与《春秋经传集解》合刻，单行本有明永乐刻本等。
