孔子曰：“君子有九思：视思明，听思聪，色思温，貌思恭，言思忠，事思敬，疑思问，忿思难，见得思义。”

孔子说：“聪明的人追求的有九个目标：用自己的双眼，清楚观察到自己的目标；用自己的双耳，明确听出自己的目标；用自己的面部表情，使目标显得亲切明确；用自己的行为，使目标显得严肃认真；用自己的言语，使目标显得真实诚挚；用细心经营，使目标显得诚恳；用疑问思考，使目标不断充实；用愤怒探索，使目标的结果考虑周全；从个人利益考虑，使目标变得符合正义。”
