清毛奇龄与阎若璩等相辩诘，为梅賾所献《古文尚书》鸣 “冤” 而力辩其为真的著作。8卷。作者摘取《隋书·经籍志》之文为据，认为梅賾所献者乃《孔安国尚书传》而非《古文尚书》; 说《古文尚书》本传习世间，但贾逵、马融诸儒未能得见。认为《孔安国尚书传》为伪，而《古文尚书》为真。其书包括总论、今文尚书、古文尚书、古文之冤始于朱熹、古文之冤成于吴棫(按： 吴棫《书稗传》 在朱熹之前，《朱子语录》曾引吴说，故当称 “始于吴氏，成于朱氏”) 、书篇题之冤、书序之冤、书小序之冤、书词之冤、书字之冤等十个部分。其立论多属强词夺理，难以成立，故不为后世所重。收入《西河合集》。
