明清之际费密著。分上中下三卷，十五篇。统典论，辅弼录论，道脤谱论，古经旨论，原教，圣人取人定法论为上卷;礼乐祀典议五篇及先王传道述，圣门传道述，吾道述为中卷;圣门定旨两变序记一篇为下卷。又有附表十张，图三幅，分表一张。主旨在说明儒家文、行、忠、信四教并非“高远绝伦杳渺难知之微妙”(《卷中》)，它体现在日常生活和兵农礼乐中。指出“饮食男女，人之大欲存焉”(同上)，“欲不可纵，亦不可禁者也”(《卷上》)，反对宋儒的禁欲主义。主张“道”须“致用”，反对空谈道德性命的理学。除收入《费氏遗书三种》，另有怡兰堂校刊本。
