一卷。明彭汝让 (生卒年不详)撰。此书札记清言，儇佻殊甚。如：“醉者堕车，神气不伤，真全也。婴儿入林，豺虎不食，无恐也。养吾之形，若醉若婴儿，至人矣。”又如：“半窗一几，远兴闲思，天地何其辽阔也。清晨端起，亭午高眠，胸襟何其洗涤也。”等。其中也有一些评论他书的内容。如：“蔡中郎入吴，得王充 《论衡》，秘玩以为谈助，尝置帐中隐处。后王朗为会稽守，得其书亦秘玩之。其文不逮南华远甚，而问孔、刺孟诸篇，更是迂诞，二子固非识士。”此书有 《广百川学海》本、《宝颜堂秘笈》(万历本、民国石印本)本、《续说郛》本、《丛书集成初编》单行本。
