宋郑汝谐(字舜举)撰。郑汝谐字舜举,宋青田(今属浙江)人。官至吏部侍郎。撰有《东谷易翼传》、《论语意原》,《四库全书总目提要》均著录。自谓于《论语》,“少而诵,长而辨,研精覃思,以求其指归”。既断以己说,复附以程颢、程颐、张载、杨时、谢良佐诸公之说,“凡再易稿,亦可谓刻意研求矣”(自序)。是书重在研求《论语》的意原,如解释“子曰学而时习之”说“此数语盖孔门入道之要,故以为首章。颜子之克己,曾子之三省皆习也。时习不是无时不习,而是当其可之谓时也”。真德秀序“称其学出于伊洛,然所说颇与《朱子集注》异”。
