明王廷相的哲学代表作。分上下篇,约四万 言。王氏自称:“余不自量,每于读书之暇,其于天道人 事,变化几宜,诸所拟议有不符于圣者,时置一论,以求 合道真。积久成卷,分为上下二篇,名曰《雅述》,谓述其 中正经常足以治世者云尔。”书成于明嘉靖十七年(1538)四月。全书以批判宋以来的理学思想为宗旨,阐述了“理在气中”的唯物主义思想,认为元气是物质世界的根源,提出“元气之上无物、天道、无理”的观点,反对老庄的“道生天地”、宋儒的“天地之先只有此理”
