亦名《晁氏儒言》，宋晁说之著。徽宗政和二年(1112)为攻王安石新学而作,内容多涉及《三经新义》与《字说》。非但是学术上的论争,且兼斥安石居心行事。排《周礼》,抑《孟子》,尊《春秋》,务与相反,负气求胜,言辞激烈。
