二卷，旧题唐韩愈、李翱同注。唐以来对此书说多异同，参校各说，疑此书为韩愈注《论语》前所作的笔记心得，李翱亦间有讨论，附于其间，后人得之，刊刻而成，而以韩曰、李曰分别两人之说。韩愈、李翱学术观点相近，二人所解基本看法相同。韩、李讲性，因而多用以解说《论语》，如解释孔子“五十而知天命”说：“天命之谓性，《易》者，理性之书。先儒失其传，唯孟轲得仲尼之蕴。”子贡曾说：“夫子之文章，可得而闻也;夫子之言性与天道，不可得而闻也。”该书则解释说，不闻并不是没听说，而是“少克知”之义。孔子是讲性与天道的，只是弟子中少有知道的。韩、李的笔解，实是为自己的性命说，从孔子那里去找证据。有《四库全书》本。
