法家著作之一。战国时期申不害作。《史记·老子韩非列传》称二篇,《汉书·艺文志》记载有六篇,今仅存有《大体》一篇,收录在《群书治要》第36卷中。《玉函山房辑佚书》也辑录其片断。内容是论述驭臣之道,阐发术治理论。认为法、术、势是君主的三大政治法宝,其中最为重要的是“术”。
