二卷，唐罗隐撰。共十篇，分上下二卷，上卷五篇，皆终之以老氏之言，下卷五篇，皆终之以孔子之言。《崇文总目》说：“以老子修身之说为内，孔子治世之道为外，会其旨而同其原”，是为“两同”之义。该书是作者的哲学著作。他认为，许多事物都具有两个方面，这两个方面都有其统一性。该书对研究唐以前儒道二家思想有较高的文献价值。版本主要有《宝颜堂秘笈》本、《式训堂丛书》本、《说郛》本和《丛书集成初编》本等。
