唾血
唾血者，由伤损肺。肺者为五脏上盖，易为伤损。若为热气所加，则唾血。唾上如红缕者，此伤肺也。胁下痛，唾鲜血者，此伤肝。关上脉微芤，则唾血。脉沉弱者生，牢实者死。（《病源论》）（按：此证疑是痰血。
《虚劳凝唾候》曰：肾液为唾。上焦热，热冲咽喉，故唾生凝结也。盖唾血之唾亦是凝唾，凝唾即痰也。又《脉诀》牢实作实大。）
唾血一证，不嗽者易治，兼嗽者为难愈，谓肺伤故也。（《济生续方》）
