火逆下之因烧针烦躁者。桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤主之。
先火为逆。复以下除之。里气因虚。又加烧针。里虚而为火热所烦。故生烦躁。与桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤以散火邪。
