医案。清张畹香撰。二卷。畹香,浙江绍兴人,世居绍兴洗马池。生活于嘉庆至同治间。著有《温暑医旨》等书,多未刊行。其医案亦系抄本流传,后经曹炳章整理,收入《中国医学大成》刊行。不分门类,载冬温、伏邪、暑湿、诸痛、伤风、咳嗽、疟疾、产后等数十种证治,凡百九十余则。多为时病证治,间有内科杂病、妇产科治验。每案简述证候、病因、脉诊、辨治、方药,简明扼要。临证擅用滋补托邪的调治法,精于脉诊与辨治,选方用药亦精慎。有一九三六有年刊《中国医学大成》铅印本。
