儿科著作。六卷。清·沈金鳌撰。刊于1774年。前四卷论儿科诊法,并将主要病证(无痘科)分为24门(类),各编四言韵语一首,予以综括。韵语之后,复采前人学术经验,融汇己说,阐述对于该病的辨证立法和治法。后二卷为诸病应用方。现存清刻本、1957年出铅印本。本书曾收入 《沈氏尊生书》。
