内科著作。清蒋宝素撰。十三卷。宝素,京口(今江苏镇江)人。幼承家学,后拜王九峰为师,钻研《内经》、《难经》、《金匮》等医学经典,著《医略》八十七卷。本书为其中“六淫门”,载文十三篇,故名。刊于道光二十年(1840)。每篇一卷,分别对风、寒、暑、湿、燥、火以及疟、痢、霍乱等病的辨证治疗作了简要论述,书末附有“人迎辨”、“关格考”两篇。每论一病先引其父《椿田医话》,次录其师《九峰医案》,并广引各家之说,参以己见,理论联系实际,可供临床参考。有道光二十三年(1843)刻本,一九三六年《珍本医书集成》本。
