《上清明堂玄丹真经》，早期上清派经典，约出于东晋南朝。一卷，收入《正统道藏》正一部。经文言存思人首九宫神君之法。其内容文字与《洞真太上素灵洞玄大有妙经》所载《太上道君守元丹上经》一篇大致相同，当系后人节取《大有妙经》改编而成。
