《上清太极真人神仙经》，撰人不详。从内容文字看，盖系南北朝或隋唐上清派道士编集。一卷，收入《正统道藏》正一部。本书辑录数种六朝上清派经典法诀。主要有《太极真人服四极云牙神仙上方》、《清灵真人说神宝经》、《太上明堂玄真上经》、《上清金阙帝君灵书紫文》、《三元真经诀》、《真一经口诀》。以上诸经方要诀，言思神服气、诵咒吞符、拘魂制魄、吞食日月精华、按摩沐浴等道法，皆为早期上清派修炼之方术，旨在招真降灵，飞升成仙。
