听声审音
五音以应五脏，金声响，土声浊，木声长，水声清，火声燥。如声清，肺气调畅。声如从室中言，中湿也。
言而微，终日乃复言，夺气也。先轻后重，高厉有力，为外感。先重后轻，沉困无力，为内伤。
第二听声清与浊，鉴他真语及狂言；声浊即知痰壅滞，声清寒内是其源；言语真诚非实热，狂言号叫热深坚；称神说鬼逾墙屋，胸膈停痰证号癫；更有病因循日久，音声遽失命归泉。
