医案。清吴瑭撰。四卷(一作五卷)。瑭有《温病条辨》已著录。吴氏上宗《内经》、《难经》、张仲景、叶桂之旨,结合临床治验,对温病发展作出重要贡献。约二十万字。是书按病分类,卷一为温病、伤寒,卷二、三为杂病,卷四为妇、儿科。每种病下载案例若干则,反映出吴氏证治规律与特点。书中温病医案可与《温病条辨》相印证;伤寒、杂病、妇科、儿科医案,可与《温病条辨》中的“解产难”、“解儿难”等篇相呼应。有一九一六年木活字《裘氏医学丛书》本,一九六○年人民卫生出版社铅印本。
