四卷,分26门。清·王泰林编,方耕霞整理。刊于1897年。本书收选王旭高多年来以内科杂病为主的内外妇儿各科临证医案。 充分反映出王氏的临证水平及学术特点。其中连续复诊医案颇多,可以前后推究,看出药效与病情的转变。案后附方氏所加按语,每门后又有小结,有助于领会治案精神。现存初刻本、1934年日升山房刻本,1965年上海科技出版社铅印本。
