诸师圣诞冲举酌献仪，原不署撰人。从内容文字看，盖为明成祖时武当山道士编撰。一卷，收入《正统道藏》洞玄部威仪类。书中纂集五种酌献科仪和献文。即：正月初九日玉皇大帝圣诞酌献仪、正月十五日祖天师张陵诞辰酌献仪、二月十五日道祖太上老君降诞献文、三月三日玄天上帝降诞献文、九月九日高真祖师张陵及玄天上帝冲举献文。其酌献仪式有宣意、宣疏、三献、唪经、回向等节次。献文内容为称颂诸师圣德神功，表达归命献敬之诚意。
