《上清洞真智慧观身大戒文》，早期上清派经典之一，约出于东晋南朝。《上清大洞真经目》着录「洞真智慧观身三百大戒文一卷」，即此书。今本收入《正统道藏》正一部。《无上秘要》卷四五亦全录其文。此书内载「玉清智慧戒」（又称观身戒），包括下元戒品一百八十条，中元戒品二百十六条，上元戒品三百条，共计戒律六百九十六条。据称此戒乃太上高圣道君授元始天王，元始天王又传授太微天帝、太极高仙，道学之士皆应尊奉戒文。
