《上清洞天三五金刚玄箓仪经》，撰人不详。从内容文字看，应为南北朝后期或隋唐之际正一派道士所作。一卷，收入《正统道藏》正一部。经文包括数种法箓科仪，其一为《洞天三五金刚玄箓》，内载上元九天诸将军灵官吏兵之名称和数额。据称依法盟受此箓，可得诸天官吏兵护卫，消灾散祸，济命度厄。其二为《洞天三五三将军符》，内载金刚、天刚、元刚等三位神将之符图、神像和受符盟信。据称受此符箓可消除诸灾。此外又有《上元洞天金刚三五策板杖仪》、《付度三五章奉出官仪》，内载策板、奉章、契文、印文及其传授仪法。
