《上清河图内玄经》，早期上清派经典，约出于东晋南朝。《真诰》卷十一、《无上秘要》卷四引《河图内元经》，当即此书。今本二卷，收入《正统道藏》正一部。经文分五篇，其中第一篇（序文）已残缺。第二篇《太一秘讳》，言存思人首太一神之法。第三篇《九皇宝箓》，言存思北斗九星之神九星真君、九皇夫人，佩符礼神，以求消灾得福之法。第四篇《香灯谢文》。言设置九灯酒席，醮祀七灵大神、九皇真君，祈求诸神赐福保佑之法。第五篇《观星要法》，言学道者夜观北斗，识别九皇所镇星座，存神念真，以求消灾赐福之法。全书道法以存思醮祀诸神为主。
