诊法著作。元李杲撰。一卷。杲有《脾胃论》已著录。本书原题朱震亨撰,实为后人误题。成书于定宗三年(1248)。内容以指掌图说明脉象及其主病,对三部九候、五运六气、十二经脉、常脉病脉、脉证治法等脉诀内容,进行解说,分析辨异。以图示脉,颇具特色。有《古今医统正脉全书》本,光绪二十六年(1900)王先谦校刊《丹溪全书》本,一九三四年千顷堂书局刊本。
