眼科著作。四卷。又名《明目至宝赋》。元代作品,撰人不详。后由杨希洛、夏惟勤整理。刊于1600年。卷一从眼的生理入手,总论眼病病理。并载有明目赋等歌赋,五轮八廓所主病症,眼科问答等;卷二分论眼科七十二证,每病编成歌赋,并有图说;卷三～四为眼科疾病的治疗方剂和灸法。内容比较简要。现存初刻本。
