诸真内丹集要，元代全真道士玄全子编集。三卷，收入《正统道藏》正一部。此书摘录部分内丹著作，汇编成书。上中二卷辑录《老子函谷关记》、《钟离真人还丹歌》、《玉母口诀》、《太上内观正诀》等内丹歌诀十九篇。下卷收录《青霞真人内用秘文》、《论八节》、《论六通》等三篇论文。全书各篇歌诀论文大多论述内丹原理及炼丹方法，解释名词术语，说明修炼所应达到之境界及注意事项等。是为研究唐宋金元内丹理论之重要参考书。
