中天紫微星真宝忏，撰人不详。似出于明代。一卷，收入《万历续道藏》。本篇叙述朝礼北极紫微大帝、太阳、太阴、五斗及二十八宿等星君，祈求降福赦罪。忏文称中天紫微星主（即紫微大帝）掌握枢机，总理三天之政，其余五斗诸星君各镇一方。世人若能恭修宝忏，礼拜诸方星君，则可荡除三业，清静六根，获福吉祥。
