灵济真君注生堂灵签，撰人不详。此书亦为「洪恩灵济真君」灵签，当出于明代。原本一卷。收入《正统道藏》正一部。全书有签诗六十四首。皆为七言绝句。如第一签云：「上吉。夜来吉梦叶熊罴，嘉庆盈门立可期。孔子释氏亲抱送，定是天上麒麟儿。」
