《太上洞真徊玄章》，撰人不详。约出于南北朝或隋唐上清派道士之手。一卷，收入《续道藏》。本篇言诵章仪法。内载五言颂诗十首，题作「十方回旋颂」。道士斋醮时徊玄朝礼十方，歌咏此章以赞颂神灵。《上清诸真章颂》一书中收录本篇。《云笈七签》卷九六亦节录本篇。
