《高上玉宸忧乐章》，撰人不详。约出于南北朝或隋唐上清派道士之手。一卷，收入《续道藏》。本篇言诵章仪法。内载五言颂诗五首，题作「步虚忧乐慧辞」。道士行醮步虚时歌诵此章，可以感召五帝护卫，成仙飞升。《上清高上玉晨凤台曲素上经》一书中有《高上玉晨曲素忧乐慧辞》。本篇内容文字与之大致相同，当系后人节录该书改编而成。《上清诸真章颂》亦收录本篇。
