《上清金章十二篇》，撰人不详。约出于南北朝或隋唐上清派道士之手。一卷，收入《万历续道藏》。本篇言诵章仪法。内载五言颂诗十二首，题作「上清金章」。道士斋醮行仪时歌咏此章以赞颂神灵。《上清诸真章颂》一书收录本篇。北宋《玉音法事》一书亦节录本篇。
