又名《喉科枕秘》。喉科著作。清金德鉴撰。二卷。德鉴字保三,元和(今江苏吴县)人。对《内经》、《难经》颇有研究,临床经验丰富,尤以喉科见长。撰有《烂喉痧辑要》等。卷一为治喉秘法、治喉要诀、临证十二法、焦氏喉症图形针药秘传,论述七十二种喉病证治。卷二载应用良方、秘方、吹药。末附对喉科症之病因、病理、诊断、治疗以及预后转归均有论述,并证以图示,形象易晓、条理清楚、切于实际,可供喉科临证参考。有一九五八年上海科学技术出版社铅印本。
