太上洞玄灵宝三一五气真经，撰人不详。从内容文字看，似为南北朝道士所作。唐王悬河《上清道类事相》卷一引《皇人守三一经》，疑即此书。今本收入《正统道藏》太玄部。经文称轩辕黄帝往峨嵋山求见天真皇人，皇人授之存思服食要道。皇人称人身之神、血、炁为三一；泥丸、绛宫、丹田（即人体上中下三丹田）为三一之宫；又称五方之精炁为五牙，五牙即五气。修道者若能依法存守三一，服食五牙，割欲绝粒，则能身壮年寿，却邪成仙。故本书名曰「三一五气真经」。经文中又言存守真一之道。其内容已见于《抱朴子•地真篇》。
