素问入式运气论奥，北宋刘温舒撰。《通志•艺文略》着录刘温舒《素问论奥》四卷，当即此书。今《正统道藏》本三卷，收入太玄部。另有《四库全书》本三卷，其后附录《黄帝内经素问遗篇》一卷。此书前有元符乙卯年（1099）作者自序，宣称《素问》书中「气运」之说，最为补泻养生之要。但原书篇章杂乱，使人难以惯用。作者因此而「栖心圣典，究源附说，解惑分图，笺明奥义」，撰成此书。全书分三十篇，二十九图，大抵以《素问》经文为据，着重阐发其气运生化理论，以气运为治病养生之要。书末附录《五行胜复论》一篇，假设胡源与客人问答，讨论五运六气之道。
