太上清净元洞真文玉字妙经，撰人不详。从内容文字看，似出于南北朝隋唐道士之手。一卷，收入《正统道藏》太玄部。此经由九段玉诀及一首韵文组成，其内容为解释「真文玉字」，即解释符文。书中仅存注解而无符文，注解文辞亦颇隐讳。大旨教人译读和书写符字之法。又教人呼念神仙魔鬼之名，以除凶灾。
