心目论，唐道士吴筠撰，原书收于吴筠《宗玄先生文集》卷中。《正统道藏》本又分出单为一篇，收入太玄部。本篇假设心目辨论，论述「动神者心，乱心者目」。谓人目光外驰，受物色诱惑，致使心乱神劳形弊。炼养形神者应守静契无，「睹有而如见空寂，闻韶而若听谷音」；窒欲解纷，灵府常静，则神生而形和。
