《上清神宝洞房真讳上经》，又名《青童道君列纪》或《太保玉经》。早期上清派经典之一，约出于东晋南朝。一卷，收入《正统道藏》太玄部。此经乃金阙帝君授青童道君，后由魏华存授许远游。经文言存思身中洞房宫三真及诸神之法。其法闭目内视，思念脑部洞房宫三真，得日月结炁成符，揖之以采日精月气。又称人体内二十七真各有真讳，知此神宝真讳可身为神仙，书中列举日月、五官、五脏诸神真讳，谓修道之上闭目内视存想，则诸神下降身中，与身中诸神结合，以致己身与天合一，寿无穷年。
