太上灵宝首入净明四规明鉴经，此篇盖为宋元净明道诸经之一，收入《正统道藏》太平部。经文分四章，略言修持忠孝净明之道：〈玄本章〉称上士学道以忠孝为本，行忠孝者可以列于仙班。 〈修身章〉谓上士学道修炼，不必弃家入山，舍去荣华，只须「以心达心，以性达性」，则心性圆融而自然长生。 〈建功章〉谓下士以符水药饵救治疾病，以为有功，而非功也。唯忠孝净明之道可使天下太平，君上安而民自阜，其功不可胜计。 〈成终章〉谓仙学始乎孝，至道而学成。「净明之习，忠孝以为习，积忠孝之道，备矣。何谓净？不染物；何谓明？不触物。不染不触，忠孝自得」。全书语句辞旨，多与元初净明道祖师刘玉之语录相同，盖为刘玉或弟子所作。
