古文龙虎上经注，撰人不详。从内容文字看，似为宋元间道士所作。一卷，收入《正统道藏》太玄部。此书亦为《古文龙虎经》注本，将经文分作二十六章，随文注解而较少发挥。大抵假《参同契》阴阳五行、卦爻变化之说解释原经，申述内丹修炼之旨。原书末附录〈读龙虎经〉一篇，乃作者读书笔记，摘出原经中若干词句略加诠释。
