医案。清徐大椿(1693—1771)撰。一卷。大椿有《医学源流论》已著录。本书成于乾隆二十四年(1759)。载内科医案三十二条、妇科医案四条、外科医案十二条。案中详述病史、病因、病证以及治疗原则,反映出徐氏丰富的临床治验和灵活多变的治疗方法。徐氏治学严谨,疗病善于审证求因。并根据病人的不同体质、病因、症状,以及受病部位进行辨证论治,颇有独到见解。辨证、制方遣药切于病情,并强调痰火瘀热应与各种痈症鉴别,但病因病机又有联系。这些经验很有临床意义。咸丰五年(1855)王士雄根据抄本编辑,并加按语刊行。另有咸丰七年刊本,光绪元年(1875) )河南聚文斋刻本。
