太上洞玄灵宝三十二天天尊应号经，撰人不详。从内容文字看，应为南北朝道士所造。原书二十六卷，今《正统道藏》，本仅残存第十二及二十二卷，收入太平部。第十二卷载「清明何童天」二百位天尊名号；卷二十二载「无思江由天」二百位天尊名号。经文宣称世间男女若烧香燃灯，至心归命信礼天尊。思神念真，诵咏洞章，可乞求天尊解脱前世今生及九亲姻族所犯罪过，灭除五苦，形魂安宁。衣食自然，逍遥适乐。
