《太上洞玄灵宝中和经》，撰人不详。内容与《升玄内教经》卷七《中和品》类同，而文字更为简古，盖系南北朝道士所造。一卷，收入《正统道藏》太平部。经文以劝人奉道守戒，行善去恶为主旨。谓道以中和为德，人当以戒制情，使德行合道，摄护心口耳目意，守五道戒。五戒者，一不得淫佚不止；二不得纵情喜怒，骂詈诅咒；三不得妄含毒害，嫉妒于人；四不得秽身长浊，饮酒迷乱；五不得贪求财货。又当忠孝仁义，恤贫济危，如此则自然与大道合一，上得神仙，中得倍寿，下得延年而不横夭。
