妊娠泄泻
谢氏妇，怀妊五月，便泻四日，医投姜、附、桂一剂，遂四肢麻冷，气塞神昏，溺闭汗淋，大渴呕吐。延孟英诊之，脉未全伏。先饮以酱油汤，吐渐止，随与：（西洋）参 （黄）连 （黄）芩 （黄）柏 （竹）茹 （石）斛银花 扁豆叶 蒲桃干 芦根 绿豆 以冬瓜汤煎，徐徐温服，外用醋炭熏之，各恙皆瘥。
次日复诊，脉弦滑，泻未止，以白头翁汤加（西洋）参、（甘）草、银花、扁豆、蒲公英、蒲桃干、砂仁，二剂而痊。
