产后吐泻
夏间，牙行倪怀周室，新产数日，泄泻自汗，呕吐不纳，专科谓犯“三禁”，不敢肩任。孟英诊：脉虚微欲绝，证甚可虞；宜急补之，迟不及矣。用：东洋参 （炙） （白）术 龙（骨） 牡（蛎） 酒炒白芍紫石英 桑枝 木瓜 扁豆 茯神 黑大豆 橘皮，投之，四剂渐已向安。余谓新产后，用参、 大补、而又当盛夏之时，非有真知灼见者，不能也。诚以天下之病，千变万化，原无一定之治，奈耳食之徒，唯知执死方以治活病，岂非造孽无穷？亦何苦人人皆欲为医而自取罪戾耶？
