《洞玄灵宝太上真人问疾经》，撰人不详。从内容文字看，盖系南北朝或隋唐道士所作。一卷，收入《正统道藏》太平部。经文分十二品，乃天尊为弟子元始真人演说，解说众生疾病苦恼之原由。谓众生今世富贵贫贱，皆前身善恶之果报。后世学仙之士有内怀阴恶、不念济众生、悭贪杀害、不仁不孝等七十二大病。斋戒行道，可除眼耳鼻舌身意六情罪源，得六慧通达。修诵此经，能各满所愿，成仙升天，九祖同度。全书要旨在说明善恶因缘果报，劝人敬礼天尊。修道行善。
