急救仙方，原不题撰人。约出于明代。十一卷，收入《正统道藏》太平部。另有《四库全书》本六卷，是从《永乐大典》中辑出。此书内容分三部分。前三卷为明朝徐守贞所撰〈妇产急救方集〉，言救治妇产科疾病之方。分作妊娠诸疾品、产难诸疾品、产后诸疾品、妇女杂病品。卷四至卷五为〈济阴品〉，撰人不详。后六卷又为另一书，内言救治外科疾病方。分作仙授理伤续断秘方、治伤损方、疗疮治法、秘传五痔品、上清紫庭追痨方。可见此书乃三种医书合编而成，搜罗治妇产、外伤、痔疮、痨瘵等类验方颇多。其中卷十一收录「净明法中治痨疗法」，似为明代净明派道士编集。
